Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall administrative and office operations
  • Supervise and support administrative staff
  • Handle documentation, contracts, and internal procedures
  • Coordinate with Japanese management, or clients
  • Provide Japanese–English or vise versa interpretation and translation when required
  • Oversee HR administration (attendance, payroll support, onboarding, visas)
  • Manage vendors, facilities, budgets, and office supplies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written); JLPT N2/N1 or equivalent.
  • Strong administrative and management experience
  • Good communication and coordination skills across cultures
  • Proficiency in office software and reporting
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
