Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated IT Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves effectively delegating tasks, resolving conflicts, evaluating team performance, and providing coaching to enhance team skills and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Delegate tasks and provide guidance to project team members.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during project execution.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders, and other departments.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management on project status.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related course.
  • With at least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager or in a related IT role.
  • Strong leadership and resource management skills.
  • Ability to engage suppliers and manage team conflicts effectively.
  • Proficient in IT-related tools and project management systems.
  • Strong interest in seeing projects through from start to finish.
  • Effective in planning, monitoring, and reviewing project progress.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination skills in managing work across teams and organizations.
  • Flexible with office hours and willing to render overtime when necessary.
