Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: Any CS PH Branch - Makati/Ortigas/Pampanga/Tarlac/Cebu/Davao

Job description:

The Senior Client Service Officer (SCSO) in the implementation team is responsible for the end-to-end  implementation of all advice related tasks within agreed service levels with a focus on quality and efficiency,  coupled with providing detailed client communication and supporting the adviser teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and finalising advice documents and implementing recommendations
• Completing application forms and tracking the implementation process
• Actively participation in client teams meetings and providing clear and accurate updates on workflow and  implementation status
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Advisers, Client Associates, and all relevant  internal clients
• Efficient and effective management of workflow tasks and maintaining databases and CRM systems
• Responsible for ensuring advice related invoices and debtors are paid and up to date
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding KPI's set to provide the best client experience that aligns with our client's values
• Deliver high quality service and outputs to clients in both written and verbal form
• Completing transactional work with strict adherence to the second inspection policy
• Liaise with fund managers and maintain client portfolios through financial planning software Xplan
• Adhering to strict confidentiality of client information
• Technical contact for escalated queries regarding ATO, ASIC, etc

Qualification and requirements:

Practical Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years financial planning experience gained working on Australian based clients
• Ideally previous Xplan experience
• Advanced knowledge of investment platforms and their requirements to maintain accurate information
• Sound understanding of advice rules and financial planning practices
