Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support to employees across multiple regions.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues via phone, chat, or remote tools.
  • Support Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Zoom.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (VPN, Wi-Fi, IP, DNS).
  • Log incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and access control.
  • Follow IT processes, documentation, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous IT helpdesk, service desk, or technical support experience.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

  • Working knowledge of:

  • Google Workspace

  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Zoom
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a healthcare support environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CompTIA A+ (or equivalent certification).
  • Experience supporting remote/distributed teams.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and responsibility.
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
