Creative Director

We are looking for a Creative Director to take charge of the creative vision and direction of our retail clothing brand and cosmetics lines. This role is for a visionary leader who can define our brand identity, drive innovation, and set trends that inspire customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set the Vision: Define and execute the overall creative direction for our clothing collections, cosmetics lines, and brand identity.

• Design with Impact: Oversee the development of innovative designs, trend-driven collections, and compelling visual merchandising concepts.

• Lead the Team: Mentor and manage a dynamic group of designers, stylists, and creatives, fostering collaboration and excellence.

• Elevate the Brand: Develop campaigns and visuals that enhance brand presence across stores, digital platforms, and social media.

• Trend Leadership: Stay ahead of global fashion movements, industry shifts, and consumer lifestyle trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

• Collaborate: Partner with marketing, merchandising, and retail teams to ensure creative initiatives align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in a creative leadership role within the fashion, retail, or cosmetics industry. Proven success in leading creative campaigns and product development.

• Creative Vision: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in fashion design, branding, and visual storytelling.

• Fashion-Forward Mindset: Highly fashionable with a keen understanding of style, aesthetics, and what drives today's fashion and beauty trends.

• Leadership: Excellent ability to inspire, guide, and manage creative teams toward achieving brand goals.

• Brand Expertise: Deep understanding of fashion trends, consumer insights, and brand-building strategies.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in design and creative software, with knowledge of digital tools and platforms relevant to fashion and branding.
