Production Crew

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate; Vocational or TESDA food-related certification is an advantage.
• With or without experience in food manufacturing; willing to be trained.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks and manual handling.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Can follow standard operating procedures, safety rules, and quality guidelines.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, and has good work ethic.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or overtime when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform product handling tasks to ensure smooth flow of production and consistent output.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and food safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid product damage, contamination, or wastage.
• Coordinate with production leaders and co-workers to meet daily production targets.
• Report any equipment issues, irregularities, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned to support overall production efficiency.
