Equipment and Maintenance Manager Position at First Sumiden Circuits, Inc. Primary Function Responsible for the overall improvement and sustainability of all mobile equipment and machines in terms of quality, cost, safety, and productivity. Supports and assists within scope of responsibility to achieve company goals and targets. In charge of planning, leading, organizing, and controlling all company activities related to mobile equipment maintenance, including setting business objectives and targets. Manages compliance with QESH policies and continuously seeks improvement activities to ensure efficient and effective execution. Plans, directs, and oversees utilization and performance of all production equipment through implementation of quality, productivity, safety, and cost improvement plans. Ensures disciplined and competent crew of engineers and technicians, structured organization, and appropriate resource management to support overall operation. Job Qualifications BS Graduate in any engineering course. At least 1 year of experience in a managerial position. At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company handling a maintenance group. In-depth knowledge of equipment operation, logistics, probability and statistics, repair and maintenance cost, preventive and predictive maintenance. Competent in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the organization. Experience in operation and maintenance of chemical machines (horizontal and plating machines) and SMT lines/machines. Knowledge of DMAIC approach.
