Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain security systems including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, intercoms, and biometric devices.

Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on all security equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair hardware, cabling, and software issues related to security systems.

Conduct site assessments to determine the appropriate security setup and equipment placement.

Ensure proper wiring, mounting, and system integration according to technical standards.

Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations and client requirements.

Prepare technical documentation, service reports, and maintenance logs.

Assist in upgrading and expanding existing security systems.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding parts, repairs, and system improvements.

Provide technical support and training to clients or end-users.

Qualifications:

Technical Course Graduate in Electronics, Electrical Technology, IT, or any related field.

At least 1–3 years of experience as a Security Technician or similar role (CCTV, access control, alarms).

Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, IP cameras, NVR/DVR, cabling (UTP/Coaxial), and network setup.

Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, electrical layouts, and user manuals.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Physically fit and willing to work on-site, travel to different client locations, and perform fieldwork.

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience in configuring security software and network-based surveillance systems.
