Program & Event Planning:

  • Develop, implement, and promote recreational activities, special events, and programs tailored to specific participant groups.

Staff Management:

  • Schedule and supervise a team of recreational staff, ensuring quality service and assigning tasks and work hours.

Operations Oversight:

  • Manage the daily operations of a recreational facility, including maintaining equipment and facilities, ensuring cleanliness, and adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer complaints, explain rules and regulations, and provide an enjoyable and safe experience for all participants.

Marketing & Promotion:

  • Work with marketing teams to promote events and programs, manage communications through various channels, and attract attendees.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Inspect equipment for wear and damage and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain records of attendance and program progress and prepare reports.
