About the role

Join LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP. as the Facilities Maintenance Head. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the company's facilities, ensuring a safe, functional and well-maintained work environment at our Quezon City, Metro Manila location.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules to proactively address the facility's needs
  • Manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors to efficiently complete all required repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Monitor and report on the condition of facilities, including identifying and addressing any issues or areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities align with the company's operational needs
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, costs and asset management
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Continually explore opportunities to optimise maintenance processes and adopt new technologies

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience (2+ years) in facilities management or maintenance leadership roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, equipment and maintenance best practices
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of maintenance professionals
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field
