We are seeking a highly skilled CX Automations and Projects Lead to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of a portfolio of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large, complex projects, and will be able to coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working on automations using tools like Make, n8n is a strong plus.
• Experience training and utilizing A.I. in automations is a strong plus.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• LEAN / Six Sigma certification is a plus
