Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled
Automation Test Lead
with strong hands-on experience in
Selenium and Tosca
, and solid exposure to the
banking domain
. The role involves leading automation efforts across web, API, and backend systems for critical banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute
    automation testing strategy
    using
    Selenium and Tosca
    .
  • Design, develop, and maintain
    robust automation frameworks
    .
  • Automate test cases for
    banking applications
    including core banking, payments, and digital channels.
  • Perform
    API automation testing
    and validate backend data using SQL.
  • Integrate automation suites with
    CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to understand banking requirements.
  • Review automation code, ensure best practices, and improve test coverage.
  • Mentor junior automation engineers and provide technical guidance.
  • Track defects, report quality metrics, and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in
    QA Automation
    .
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Selenium (Java preferred)
    .
  • Strong experience with
    Tosca
    (Modules, Test Case Design, Execution Lists).
  • Solid understanding of
    banking domain concepts
    , such as:
  • Core Banking Systems
  • Payments (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Cards)
  • Digital Banking applications
  • Experience in
    API testing
    (REST/SOAP).
  • Good knowledge of
    SQL / database validation
    .
  • Experience with
    Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience in
    payment systems or card domain
    .
  • Knowledge of
    PCI-DSS and banking security standards
    .
  • Exposure to
    mobile automation testing
    .
  • Tosca or Selenium certifications.
  • Experience working with global banking clients.
