Job Title: Senior iOS Developer (Swift)

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior-level iOS Developer with 5+ years of professional experience who can jump in and deliver results with minimal direction to join our team. This is not a training role. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing our client's iOS applications, ensuring they are fast, stable, and intuitive. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, QA testers, designers, and product managers. But you'll be expected to take ownership of features from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and maintain advanced iOS applications using Swift.
  • Deliver high-quality features for e-commerce flows, loyalty/rewards systems, push notifications, and gamified experiences.
  • Own the full development cycle—from technical planning and coding to testing and release.
  • Integrate apps with third-party APIs (e-commerce, POS, loyalty platforms).
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, crashes, and bugs quickly.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following iOS best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and help uphold high engineering standards.
  • Stay ahead of iOS trends, frameworks, and App Store requirements to keep apps competitive and compliant.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional iOS development experience.
  • Deep proficiency with Swift and the iOS SDK.
  • Proven track record of shipping iOS apps used by thousands of users.
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs and working with third-party libraries.
  • Solid grasp of iOS architectures and patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER, etc.).
  • Proficient in Git and collaborative workflows.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills—able to work independently without constant oversight.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering production-ready features.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in e-commerce, or rewards/loyalty applications.
  • Familiarity with SwiftUI and Combine.
  • Knowledge of dependency management tools (CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Contract Terms

All successful applicants will be offered an initial three-month contract. Extensions to a longer-term engagement may be considered based on performance, client satisfaction, and the achievement of agreed-upon KPIs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php75, Php85,000.00 per month
