We are looking for proactive Application Support Officers to provide production support, manage deployments, troubleshoot incidents, and recommend system improvements. You will work closely with development teams, internal clients, and external partners to ensure smooth operations and excellent product performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system performance and conduct troubleshooting
  • Handle code migration, deployments, and incident resolution
  • Analyze product functionalities and recommend enhancements
  • Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and procedures
  • Lead change requests, patches, and system updates
  • Provide technical support during implementations
  • Mentor junior team members (Senior Level)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Computer Science, IT, or related fields
  • 2-5 years (Mid) / 5+ years (Senior) experience in application/technical support
  • Proficient in SQL, cloud/on-prem infrastructure, and programming (Java, .NET, ReactJS, JavaScript, Kotlin, Swift, Flutter)
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and system integrations is a plus
  • Must be profiecient in Appian
  • Must be amenable to report fully onsite in Ortigas
