Job summary

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video/Photo Advertisement Creator to produce engaging visual content for our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full production lifecycle, from concept and storyboarding to shooting, editing, and optimizing video and photo assets for various digital platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, a high degree of technical proficiency with video and photography equipment, and a strategic mindset to create content that drives business results.

Key responsibilities

  • Content creation: Produce high-quality video and photo advertisements that align with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
  • Creative direction: Develop original and innovative visual concepts, storyboards, and scripts for ad campaigns.
  • Production: Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots, including setting up and operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Post-production: Edit and enhance raw footage and photos using industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) to create polished, finalized assets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure creative projects are on-brand and align with campaign strategies.
  • Platform optimization: Tailor video and photo content for specific channels, such as social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook), websites, and other digital ad placements.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor the performance of visual assets using analytics, gather insights, and iterate on creative to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Project management: Manage production schedules, deadlines, and project files to ensure efficient and timely delivery of all content.
  • Trend awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video, photography, and digital marketing to keep our brand's content fresh and innovative.

Qualifications and skills

  • Experience: Proven professional experience in video and photo production, specifically for advertisement or marketing purposes, with a strong portfolio of completed work.
  • Technical proficiency: Expertise in operating professional-grade cameras, lighting, and audio recording equipment.
  • Software skills: Advanced proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Creative vision: A strong eye for visual composition, storytelling, and brand aesthetics.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinking: Understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and how visual content drives campaign performance.
  • Education: A degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Photography, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred, but demonstrated experience and a strong portfolio are key.
