Supermarket Coordinator (Produce Operations) – Davao Area

Company: Mother's Produce, Inc.

Work Setup: Field-based, handling 3–5 supermarket branches

Schedule: Flexible (you will create your own weekly site schedule)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Supermarket Coordinator to oversee the produce operations (fruits & vegetables) of several supermarket branches. You will supervise team leaders and merchandisers, manage daily operations, purchasing, and logistics, and ensure each store hits its sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage produce operations across 3–5 supermarket branches
  • Supervise team leaders & merchandisers; ensure smooth team coordination
  • Monitor inventory, create purchase orders, and manage stock levels
  • Coordinate logistics and deliveries for all assigned stores
  • Ensure proper product quality, display standards, and waste control
  • Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Maintain a healthy and organized working environment for your teams
  • Report performance and operational updates to the Area Head

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience (retail or produce experience a plus)
  • Willing to travel between multiple supermarket locations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of fruits, vegetables, or supermarket operations is an advantage
