What you will do:

  • Manage restaurant facilities and maintenance concerns, HVAC, Utilities (Water, Gas Power, etc.), building repairs and other special projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Oversee project activities (costs, timelines, materials, schedules, and budgets) to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, quality standards, and company requirements.
  • Monitor projects to identify potential financial overruns and variances, making recommendations to mitigate risks.
  • Provide timely updates on project milestones, implementing recovery plans as needed.
  • Evaluate contractor and supplier performance, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure contractor concerns are handled professionally, balancing the interests of the company and vendors.
  • Lead and attend regular site meetings with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain a database of asset conditions and work history for assigned stores and projects.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
  • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer/Architect.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Construction Management, and Project Management.
