Job description

As an accountant you will oversee financial reports needed by the company including but not limited to collecting, tracking, correcting, and communicating finances. Accountants will help make business suggestions based on the financial records. This position demands that the individual should be able to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines, and be honest, detail-oriented, professional, and analytical. Accountants provide transparent and complete reports to management. Accountants should have a firm grasp of accounting and financial practices and regulations and possess strong computer and verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present complex information in a simple manner. Comply with all company and local financial policies and regulations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Comply with all company and local financial policies and regulations.
  • Compile, analyze, and report financial data as necessary or requested by management. Create periodic accounting reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Processing tax payments and returns.
  • Manage and reconcile all accounting transactions.
  • Establish and/or improve company accounting procedures.
  • Assisting management in the decision making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Keeping informed and updated about policies and regulations relating to finance, accounting, and government deductions.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

SKILL SETS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Accountancy and/or related course
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing and communication tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
