Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a strong understanding of both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes? We're looking for a Home-Based Accounting Staff to join our DCX team and support a U.S.-based client. In this role, you will manage AP and AR transactions, client invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks while contributing to continuous improvements across the client's operations.
 

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently.

• Clear & Professional Communicator: Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Customer & Vendor Focused: Ability to maintain positive relationships while managing billing, payments, and inquiries professionally.

• Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting regulations, procedures, and best practices across AP and AR functions.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and capable of quickly learning new applications.
   

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Enter all invoices into QuickBooks or Syncore system.

• Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow.

• Invoice clients upon order completion.

• Make routine collection contacts and issue past-due notices.

• Assist with royalty entries and year-end financial statements.

• Ensure efficient and accurate posting of transactions.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Executive Team.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience.

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Working Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA) / Monday through Friday.

• Technical Skills:

  • Expert in QuickBooks.

  • Very proficient in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

  • Growth mindset with willingness for continual training.

  • Passion for business development and working with numbers.

  • Ability to perform clerical functions to support supervisors, including researching, tracking, and resolving accounting issues.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: PHP 45,000 – 50,000

• Industry: Property Management

• Job Type: Full-time

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
