Height Realty Inc. is looking for a Marketing Officer to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing events, campaigns, and promotional activities. This role involves coordinating event logistics, managing suppliers, tracking budgets and marketing performance, and preparing reports to support brand visibility, lead generation, and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing events, open houses, roadshows, and promotions
  • Coordinate event logistics including venues, schedules, manpower, and materials
  • Manage supplier coordination, quotations, cost comparisons, and delivery validation
  • Prepare event costings, budget tracking, and expense reports
  • Track event attendance, leads, and basic marketing performance metrics
  • Assist in photo/video documentation and basic editing for marketing use
  • Maintain inventory of marketing collaterals and promotional items
  • Prepare presentations, event recaps, and marketing reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or promotions (real estate experience is an advantage)
  • Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel or Google Sheets required)
  • Familiarity with basic photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
