JOB PURPOSE

Oversees overall management of the branch's performance, including but not limited to inventory, man-power, workplace, and the branch team's KPI. Ensures efficient operations, handles customer concerns, and collaborates with other departments for seamless branch functioning. Ensures all procedures and policies are implemented and the branch is able to meet key results and is able to resolve branch concerns based on service level agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE

At least 1 year in a supervisory role within the motorcycle dealership/retail or food chain industry.

EDUCATION

A Bachelor's Degree Holder. Management or Industrial Engineering/Marketing/Business Administration is preferred.

OTHER BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Proficient in using dealership management systems and other relevant software

Negotiable, In-depth knowledge of motorcycle products, market trends, and dealership operations.
