JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a junior to mid-level Process Automation Specialist to focus on optimizing operations through automation and light coding. This individual contributor role will execute automation plans under management guidance, leveraging critical thinking to define business and technical requirements, code simple solutions, and use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to amplify output. The emphasis is on process automation, with reporting as a natural extension. You'll collaborate with our outside dev team for complex implementations, acting as a technical guide to ensure solutions deliver maximum impact.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at turning guided plans into efficient automations, focusing on integrating tools and streamlining workflows for a specialized business like ours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Software Integration: Tie together software applications (e.g., Odoo, Atlassian, RingCentral) in custom ways to enable seamless automation across operations, including omnichannel helpdesk and inventory digitization.

· Process Optimization: Evaluate staff workflows to automate manual tasks, increasing speed and reducing errors in daily processes.

· Reporting Automation: Build and maintain reporting automations using tools like Power BI for data insights and dashboards.

· Requirements Development: Create clear business and technical requirements based on management guidance, ensuring solutions align with operational needs.

· Coding and Tools Usage: Perform light coding tasks, leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude) for efficiency, and handle mid-level technical tasks independently.

· Collaboration with Dev Team: Coordinate with our outside dev team to execute complex automations, providing clear specs and oversight.

· Testing and Maintenance: Test automations for reliability, troubleshoot issues, and maintain systems to support ongoing operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 2-4 years in process automation, reporting, or software development roles.

Skills:

· Strong in tools like Power BI, , or similar for automations.

· Basic to mid-level coding skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) with experience using AI assistants.

· Ability to craft precise business and technical requirements.

· Experience with API integrations and process mapping for tools like Odoo, Atlassian, or similar.

· Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and workflow orchestration.

· Critical thinking to maximize AI and team resources for results.

· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Teams, etc.).

· Must be based in the Philippines for optimal time zone alignment with our US operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
