  • Performs a full range of repair service procedures including diagnostics, installation, removal, and retrofits on assigned equipment.
  • Provides backup support for Account Managers/Account Executives on product presentations, installations, and deliveries.
  • Performs quality checkups for newly opened machines prior to delivery.
  • Performs product technical training support for newly installed clients, either online or onsite.
  • Handles customer concerns with a positive attitude while producing optimal results.
  • Occasionally works during non-standard hours as required by workload and function.
  • Occasionally provides technical support during events and exhibits.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Updates the internal technical support database.
  • Performs product maintenance for installed machines, both under warranty and out of warranty.
  • Occasionally performs adjustment of colors or designs as required by the customer.
  • Promotes and enhances a positive working relationship, including continuous improvement of teamwork, cooperation, and coordination.
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by the Superior and Management Team.
  • Cooperates with Management in carrying out the company's direction.
  • Abides by all rules and regulations set by the Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
