Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • Additional training or certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, or E-commerce is a plus.

Experience

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or related marketing roles.
  • Proven track record in conceptualizing and executing digital campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in coordinating with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators, including negotiation and deal closing.
  • Experience in the food & beverage industry is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, analytics tools, and content trends.
  • Skilled in content strategy, copywriting, and storytelling that aligns with the brand's identity.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) or coordination with design teams for creative outputs.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Other Requirements

  • Willing to travel or attend brand activations, product launches, and influencer events.
  • Can work independently but also collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, R&D, production).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English & Filipino).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php24,000.00 per month
