As Executive Driver, shall provide professional, safe, and reliable transportation for company executives, ensuring their timely arrival at destinations. Key responsibilities include maintaining the vehicle's cleanliness and mechanical safety, planning efficient routes, and adhering to all traffic laws

Personal Driver Responsibilities:

  • Complying with road regulations at all times.
  • Engaging in conversation or playing music, if suitable.
  • Ensuring that clients' identities and conversations remain confidential.
  • Ensuring that the automobile remains clean and well maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a family driver or with handling executives is a major plus.
  • Professionalism: A neat appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills are important.
  • Reliability and Punctuality: The ability to be on time and dependably perform duties.
  • Confidentiality: Maintaining discretion and confidentiality regarding the family's affairs.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance like oil changes and tire checks.

Requirements:

  • Valid Professional Driver's License: Must be a professional driver's license, often with specific restrictions (e.g., 1, 2, 3).
  • Clean Driving Record: A history of safe and accident-free driving is essential.
  • Familiarity with Local Roads: Knowledge of major roads and routes in the local area (e.g., Metro Manila).
  • Navigation Skills: Proficiency in using GPS devices and apps like Google Maps or Waze.
  • Background Checks: NBI and/or police and barangay clearances are frequently required.
  • Medical and Drug Test Clearance: A medical certificate and drug test clearance are often necessary.
  • Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to perform duties.
  • Basic Education: A high school diploma or vocational course is typically preferred.
  • Manual and Automatic Transmission: Ability to drive both manual and automatic cars.
