The Environment Health and Safety Officer is responsible for providing plans and direction to the organization in terms of Environment, Health and Safety and improve the environmental and safety performance of the plant.

  • Ensure effective Implementation of Environmental and Safety Management System and procedures.
  • Facilitates the submission of legal reports and renewal of all permits applicable to the operation of the company.
  • Establishment and regular testing of emergency preparedness and response procedures.
  • Provide recommendations on system improvements to the commissary site.
  • Conduct assessment and audits in the commissary site.
  • Institute EHS Training system and personnel awareness activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering course (preferably Chemical or Mechanical).
  • With at least eight (8) years of work experience in the field of environment, health, and safety or similar equivalent roles.
  • Preferably, with EHS experience under food or FMCG manufacturing industries.
  • Preferably, a Licensed Engineer.
  • Accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO)/ Safety Officer (SO) by DENR and LLDA with familiarity in EOSH, FSCC, and Internal Audits.
  • Must be knowledgeable in ISO 45001 or 14001.
  • Candidate must be willing to work at the commissary plant in Canlubang, Laguna
