  • Handles day to day inbound customer calls, orders and inquiries from various channels
  • Interact with customers through calls, e-mails, or chats and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • Sell products and place customer orders in the Order Management System.
  • Endorses leads to the branches
  • Monitor OMS input completion and order fulfillment
  • Conducts daily outbound lead-generating activities
  • Executes Call to Deliver (CTD) programs
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offer customer assistance and support
  • Inform customers about the company's new products, services, and policies
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
  • Accountabilities- CTD metrics, IB and OB targets, aggregators

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php695.00 per day
