Position Title: Treasury Accountant

Work Set Up: Work from Home

Schedule: 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Accountant to support our day-to-day treasury operations. This role plays a key part in managing cash flow, reconciling bank accounts, and maintaining efficient banking relationships.

What Youll Do:

  • Monitor daily cash positions in checkbook and do bank clearing on a weekly basis

  • Prepare intercompany fund reconciliations

  • Reconcile bank accounts and resolve cash discrepancies

  • Assist with bank and loan documentation

  • Support implementation and improvement of treasury systems and automation

  • Collaborate with accounting teams on cash plan report and forecasting

  • Assist with treasury-related audit and compliance requirements

  • Manage the corporate card and reconcile during month-end closing

  • Prepare monthly bank balance report and complete bank posting for multiple banks

What Were Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Treasury, Accounts Payable, or a related field

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

  • Proficient with banking platforms, cash pooling, and electronic payment systems

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred

  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
