Salesforce Lead Developer

As a Salesforce Lead Developer, you'll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. You'll be:

  • Utilising your core consulting and Salesforce technical skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings and products.
  • Working to lead the design, build, test, and deploy complex salesforce solutions, working within architectural guidelines.
  • Scoping and designing features and enhancement to the platforms to meet wide ranging business requirements for customer experience.
  • Advising on best practice of the platform and leading solution and technical design of the platform and its integrations.
  • Working closely with developers and functional consultants to build and develop features aligned to design and architectural standards
  • Participating in integration designs and developments
  • Configuring and maintaining the functional objects of Sales, Marketing & Service Cloud
  • Creating and managing workflow rules, data validations, triggers, and object customizations where required/appropriate
  • Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
  • Customizing Object fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, etc., (which may include, where appropriate, using Lightning, Visualforce and/or Apex)
  • Managing operational requests and assisting in the escalated resolution of support issues, working with diverse user groups when required
  • Creating and maintaining system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications
  • Proactively identifying production risks and creating actionable mitigation plans
  • Participating in the Agile development process where applicable/appropriate

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years implementing Salesforce Solutions
  • Able to support ANZ operations between 3am -12noon SGT mon to Friday
  • Deep knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform, particularly across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud and common AppExchange apps.
  • Health cloud experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses their needs.
  • Strong experience with LWC, Omnistudio, Copado(preferable)
  • Proven experience of Apex, Triggers, Classes and Lightning Web Components, API Web Services and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
  • Capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, whilst also managing their expectations.

The Salesforce Developer will work within the pre-deploy design and configuration function of the RCI Salesforce Systems business team.

The Salesforce Developer maintain a blend of responsibilities that span the spectrum of Administration, Sales Cloud, Service cloud, Marketing Cloud configuration, Communities and development. You will work alongside their fellow Salesforce team to understand and proactively monitor all aspects of the configuration. Where applicable and necessary, she/he will collaborate with internal/external Salesforce Architects/ Integrators solutions and/or other internal data/technical associates when the complexity of identified solutions warrants it.

Other Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):


• Participating in strategic and tactical planning discussions to continuously improve the platform
