Hybrid - 3x a Week Onsite at Ortigas Office
The Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data related to digital marketing efforts. They play a crucial role in providing actionable insights that drive marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
The role stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices and is able to identify new opportunities and strategies for improving overall performance as well as growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.) Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data, including website traffic, user behavior, campaign performance, and customer demographics.
- Interpret data to extract actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
2.) Market Research and Trend Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer behaviors.
- Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for adapting strategies to meet evolving market demands.
3.) Campaign Optimization and Performance Tracking
- Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns based on performance metrics and KPIs.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improvements.
4.) Customer Behavior and Persona Development
- Analyze customer behavior data to create detailed buyer personas.
- Provide insights on customer preferences, pain points, and behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist in tailoring campaigns to specific customer segments for improved targeting.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has Expertise in data analysis, including proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, CRM systems, and other analytics platforms.
- Is Proficient in marketing automation software, A/B testing, and digital advertising platforms.
- Is Strong in critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Has Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing strategies.
- Is Excellent in written and verbal communication, with experience in presenting insights and recommendations.
- Is Excellent project management and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Has Effective negotiation skills and resource management.
- Has Planning and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Has Excellent communication skills with experience in presenting thoughts, ideas, and data
- Has Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence with the ability to empathize, listen actively, and build strong relationships and be customer centric.
- Demonstrates ability to work and communicate effectively in teams, collaborate with colleagues, and build consensus to become better together.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar position in the digital marketing industry.
- Proven track record in driving marketing insights and optimizing campaign performance.
