We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Aid Staff to join a Japanese kindergarten school. The role involves providing personal care and support to young learners, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and assisting teachers in implementing educational activities aligned with the Japanese curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students requiring personal care and support.
  • Conduct daily cleaning of school premises and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
  • Provide classroom and educational support to teachers and students.
  • Prepare and organize materials for seasonal and cultural school activities.
  • Assist in various school operations and services as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School (Grade 12) graduate; college graduate preferred.
  • LET license holder in Early Childhood Education is an advantage but not required.
  • Must be physically healthy, fit to work, and a non-smoker.
  • Has a genuine passion for caring for young children.
  • Willing to follow instructions, cooperate in a team, and adapt to Japanese culture.
  • Open to learning basic Nihongo.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
