Qualifications:

Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Finearts or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in assisting with marketing campaigns, trade marketing, content creation, and social media management.

Skills & Competencies
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Must be able to craft compelling marketing copy and present ideas clearly.

• Digital Marketing Proficiency: Familiarity with various digital marketing channels, including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, etc.).
• Content Creation: Experience in creating engaging content.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to collect and analyze marketing data (e.g., sales, website traffic, social media metrics) to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Collaboration and Teamwork: A team player who can work effectively with crossfunctional teams (e.g., sales, product development, design).

• Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all marketing materials. Technical Skills (Optional but Recommended)
