Likaa is Manila's new app for food deals and food talk. We're live on the App Store and Google Play, and now we're building our core team.

Foodies use Likaa to find instant restaurant coupons, chat, and decide where to eat next. No waiting - just real discounts and real conversations about food. For restaurants, we're the simplest way to get new customers through the door. They post coupons, foodies use them instantly. Everyone wins.

Here's What You'll Actually Do:

  • Take ownership of our Flutter codebase - no hand-holding, just building
  • Ship new features from concept to production (you'll handle App Store/Play Store submissions)
  • Crush bugs and optimize performance across our entire app
  • Work with Firebase, Google Maps, QR scanning, and real-time chat features
  • Make technical decisions that directly impact our users
  • Give proactive suggestions on features, infrastructure or technical strategies that could grow Likaa into an app everyone wants to share with their friends and family

We Need Someone Who:

  • Actually enjoys writing Flutter/Dart code (you have projects to prove it)
  • Knows Firebase inside out - Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, the whole stack
  • Has integrated Google Maps and made it do cool things
  • Has shipped apps to both App Store and Google Play (and lived to tell the story)
  • Is based in Manila and wants to build something people actually use
  • Solves problems instead of just talking about them

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have worked with QR scanning
  • Understand state management beyond the basic tutorials
  • Know how to set up proper CI/CD pipelines
  • Have built social features or community platforms
