JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure smooth operation of all hotel kitchen equipment
  • Performs preventive maintenance of all hotel kitchen equipment
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and make necessary repairs of hotel kitchen equipment
  • Implement and follow proper QA/QC procedures
  • Provide technical support

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of engineering or vocational diploma in electrical, electro-mechanical or its equivalent
  • With at least 2 years of working experience in the related field
