JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for filing Manual entries/filling at the Bureau of Customs for both import and export
  • Processing of release of Import Cargo from Warehouses and delivery of cargo to consignees' warehouse
  • Performing processing of PEZA releasing shipment
  • Act for Physical Examination at the warehouses on behalf of Broker
  • DO/WEB CRO processing with carrier and terminal
  • Pick-up Original Documents from Clients
  • Pick-up Original OR'S from shipping line, Forwarder, Philippine Port of authority
  • Monitoring and on time reporting of cargo deliveries to import/export coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in BS Customs Administration or supply chain related field is an advantage.
  • At least (1-2) year working experience in Freight Forwarding, Customs or Logistics (Import and Export)
  • Must have motorcycle and valid driver license.
  • Knowledge in Email handling, MS office, E2M, BOC portal submission and entry creation is an advantage.
  • Responsible; ability to work independently under minimal supervision and able to handle and resolve issues is required.
  • Client oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude dealing with people.
  • Excellent time, organizational, and self-management skills
  • Quick-thinking, keen to details, with excellent crisis management skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable to changing work environments
