About the Role

Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for outreach and engagement? We're seeking an Outreach Specialist who excels in email campaigns, CRM management, and cold calling. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to boost engagement, partnerships, and brand visibility.
  • Manage and optimize email campaigns using tools like Outreach, Outlook, and CRM platforms.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential partners and clients to initiate conversations and build relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on co-branded campaigns and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Looker Studio, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Maintain and update contact databases to ensure accurate outreach and follow-ups.
  • Report on campaign metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in outreach, campaign management, or partnership development.
  • Proficiency in Outreach, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with prospects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in dashboard tools like Looker Studio or Power BI.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and social media tools.
