I. JOB SUMMARY

The Business Analyst is a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving efficiency and innovation with global projects. He/She is responsible for improving the quality of the current projects, identifying future needs, and streamlining processes

II. REPORTING STRUCTURE

  • Functionally reports to the IT Manager Consulting – Peter Döhle Schiffahrts-KG
  • Administratively reports to the Business Transformation Manager – Döhle Shipmanagement Phils. Corp.

III. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements with clarity and precision.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Model business processes using BPMN and other industry-standard techniques.
  • Support project teams in translating requirements into actionable, value-driven solutions.

IV. OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Can perform other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

V. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of working experience as a Business Analyst; Experience in the global maritime industry is preferred.
  • Displays knowledge of strong organizational skills, project management, process modelling, risk management and others.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

VI. REQUIRED

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in requirements in engineering and process modelling.
  • Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
  • Assertive and confident in facilitating discussions and driving decisions.
  • Willingness to travel to support cross-location project initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php120, Php150,000.00 per month
