· Handles all delegated technical issues regarding products and equipment that are being commissioned for repair to the company.

· Handles installation and repairing of professional audio, video, lighting, and broadcasting equipment, both digital and analog.

· Performs troubleshooting, service and repairs.

· Provides high-level technical support to external customers at their location.

· Demonstrates procedures regarding giving on-site training to customers.

· Knowledgeable in interpreting manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and repairs equipment, utilizing knowledge of electronics, and using standard test instruments and hand tools.

· Discusses blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation on procedures.

· Explains procedures for installing equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.

· Operates system to demonstrate equipment and to analyze malfunctions.

· Assists in carrying of stocks and other equipment when loading and unloading from the vehicle during the arrival of the shipment and during a demonstration to a client.

· Attends Product training conducted by suppliers.

· Attends EXPOs, conferences, and conventions as necessary and when required either here in the country or abroad.

· Performs other functions delegated by the management and Owner.
