Role SummaryOnly candidates who meet the requirements will be contacted. We are seeking an experienced QA Test Engineer with a strong background in Manual and Automation testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering and supporting automation solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop automated test ideas, feature test plans, scripts, and expected results from story summaries. Manage, author, and execute automated test scenarios. Implement and maintain the test framework and automated tests, ensuring high code quality.

Document detailed test cases in Xray TCM software based on technical design specifications. Provide technical leadership and expertise within Quality Assurance and Testing. Document and maintain automation practices and knowledge into Confluence.

Participate in Business Analytics meetings, provide feedback, and identify gaps. Lead and provide estimates, formalize release plans, and schedules. Support project estimation and define work breakdowns.

Write detailed defect reports with steps to reproduce, screenshots, or videos. Promote QA best practices, testing tools, and continuous improvement. Design, maintain, and present testing metrics and activities.

Communicate issues, delays, and mitigation plans. QualificationsA degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. ISTQB Certifications.5 to 10 years' experience in creating automated solutions.

Experience as an automation developer with Agile testing and test automation. Strong technical skills in functional and non-functional testing, manual and automation. Experience with automated tests and CI frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, Protractor.

Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.Experience with test management tools like Jenkins and Test Xray. Experience in CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, mentoring, and coaching. Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals and defect management.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Experience with Jenkins, Typescript, cloud platforms like AWS, native mobile testing, BDD, Cucumber, Postman, Soap UI.Hiring ProcessPhone screening
