Banquet Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all banquet events, including setup, service, and cleanup.
• Ensure that event setups are completed according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and client specifications.
• Assign duties and responsibilities to banquet staff and ensure they are well-briefed on event details.
• Monitor service quality and ensure prompt and courteous service at all times.
• Conduct pre-event meetings to review event details, timelines, and special requirements.
• Work closely with the Banquet Manager, Sales, Culinary, and Stewarding teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment; report any shortages or damages.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate banquet staff to maintain service excellence.
• Ensure post-event breakdown and cleaning are completed efficiently.
• Prepare reports on event performance, manpower usage, and customer feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
