Role & ResponsibilitiesJob Description:As a Senior Azure Purview Expert, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Azure Purview within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce data governance policies, ensure data quality and lineage, and maximize the value of our data assets. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Azure Purview, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving successful data governance initiatives.

Responsibilities:Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of Azure Purview to establish comprehensive data governance frameworks and practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices. Configure and optimize data discovery, classification, and lineage tracking processes within Azure Purview.

Develop and implement data quality management strategies to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data assets. Work with data engineering and architecture teams to integrate Azure Purview with existing data platforms and tools. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data governance, analytics, and cloud computing.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.10-12 years of experience in data management, data governance, and analytics, especially with cloud platforms. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure Purview, including implementation, configuration, and optimization. Strong understanding of data governance principles, policies, and frameworks in enterprise settings.

Proficiency in data quality management, metadata management, and data lineage tracking. Experience working with various data sources and platforms, such as relational databases, data lakes, and cloud storage solutions. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Preferred QualificationsAzure Purview certification (e.g., DP-203). Experience with other Azure services like Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and SQL Database.

Familiarity with data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica Axon, Alation, or Erwin. Experience in regulated industries like healthcare or life sciences. If interested, kindly share your resume at **********
