  1. Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
  2. Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
  3. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  5. Coordinate communications, schedule follow-ups, and track action items
  6. Support the CEO in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
  7. Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  8. Plan and coordinate executive meetings, events, and strategic sessions
  9. Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and priorities to help the CEO stay on track
  10. Conduct research and gather data needed for decision-making
  11. Prepare expense reports and manage reimbursements and budgets related to the CEO's office
  12. Liaise with department heads and staff to ensure alignment on key initiatives
  13. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for executive documents
  14. Anticipate CEO's needs and proactively address potential issues
  15. Represent the CEO professionally when interfacing with partners, clients, or stakeholders
