The Logistics Staff is responsible for supporting the overall supply chain operations of a company. Their main duties include coordinating the movement, distribution, and storage of goods, ensuring that deliveries are made on time, and maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods and materials.
  • Coordinate and monitor shipments, deliveries, and returns.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents (invoices, delivery receipts, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Communicate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.
  • Assist in loading/unloading and packing of goods when needed.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
