SMALL HOME APPLIANCE REPAIR TECHNICIAN
We are expanding our technical service team and are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Small Home Appliance Repair Technicians to handle diagnostics, repair, and quality testing of appliances sold through our e-commerce platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnosis & Repair
  • Perform complete fault diagnosis, disassembly, repair, and reassembly of small home appliances
  • Handle repairs for products sold via the company's e-commerce channels
Specialized Appliance Coverage
  • Ice Makers
  • Vacuum Cleaners (including cordless models)
  • UV Mite Removers
  • Microwave Ovens
  • Induction Cookers
  • Rice Cookers
  • Air Fryers
Quality Control & Testing
  • Conduct functional and safety testing on all repaired units
  • Ensure repaired products meet factory standards and safety regulations before release
Spare Parts & Inventory
  • Accurately record spare parts and consumables used per repair job
  • Assist in maintaining accurate spare parts inventory records
Documentation
  • Maintain complete service records, including failure causes, repair steps, and parts replaced, in the company system
Technical Support
  • Assist in creating troubleshooting and technical guides
  • Provide second-level technical support to the Customer Service team
Safety Compliance
  • Strictly follow all workshop safety policies and equipment operating procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
  • Graduate of Vocational / Technical School or equivalent
  • Background in Electronics, Electromechanical Repair, or Electrical Engineering
Experience
  • At least 2 years hands-on repair experience with small home appliances or similar electronic products
  • Experience with cooling systems (Ice Makers) and heating systems (Induction Cookers, Microwaves) is highly preferred
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in using multimeters, soldering irons, and diagnostic tools
  • Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical manuals
  • Strong knowledge of electronic components and fault diagnosis
