The Multimedia Specialist supports the Brand Creatives Team as a versatile visual content creator, producing photography, videography, and edited content for TKG Lifestyle and select brands under its portfolio. This role collaborates closely with brand teams, social/content managers, and graphic designers to bring creative concepts to life. The specialist covers both scheduled shoots and live brand events, ensuring consistent brand identity across all static and motion assets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute photo and video shoots (studio and on-location).

  • Edit and post-produce multimedia content for digital platforms.

  • Ensure brand alignment through creative direction and asset design.

  • Organize and archive all raw and final multimedia files.

  • Coordinate with brand teams on content calendars and shoot schedules.

  • Be available for weekend work during major events or activations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Film, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • At least 2 years of working experience in multimedia content creation, photography, and video production.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced creative or agency environment is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

  • Editing skills for both short-form and long-form content.

  • Knowledge of aspect ratios, resolutions, and platform-specific formats (Reels, Stories, etc.).

  • Great attention to detail and visual storytelling.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Interest or background in premium/lifestyle brand storytelling.

  • Experience in content creation for lifestyle, retail, fashion, fitness, or F&B brands is a plus

  • Has a personal portfolio showcasing both photography and video work.
