We're a fast-growing fashion e-commerce brand with a strong focus on stylish, conversion-driven campaigns. Our brand is built around premium aesthetics, trend-driven products, and a loyal community of customers across Europe and beyond. We're now looking for a skilled Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Specialist to take our paid social to the next level.
As our Meta Ads Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing high-performing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. You'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to ensure each campaign aligns with our brand image and drives real results — ROAS, conversions, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and scale Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for our fashion brand
- Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad angles, visuals, and messaging
- Analyze performance data to optimize for ROAS, CTR, and CPA
- Conduct audience testing, A/B split testing, and funnel optimization
- Stay up-to-date with Meta platform updates and algorithm changes
- Provide weekly reports and insights to inform broader marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience running Meta ads for e-commerce brands (fashion industry preferred)
- Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and media buying strategies
- Ability to work independently and hit KPIs
- Creative mindset with an eye for high-converting content
- Fluent in English
