KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Credit Application Review: Review and analyze credit applications to assess an applicant's financial status, ensuring their ability to make regular and complete repayments before extending credit.

Credit/Background Checks: Undertake comprehensive credit and background checks to determine the financial standing and reliability of applicants. Information Collection: Collect relevant information through reliable sources to assess the creditworthiness of applicants, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.

Debt Collection: Responsible for following up with clients who default on payments, including the collection of outstanding debts along with any applicable penalty charges. Verification of Customer Information: Ensure that all information provided by customers for credit applications is accurate and authentic through detailed verification processes.

Field Work and Collections: Perform fieldwork as necessary, including visiting clients or debtors for collections, and ensuring that all collection procedures comply with legal regulations and company policies.

Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on the credit investigation findings, including recommendations for credit approval or denial based on the analysis.
