Summary:
  • We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to handle a variety of marketing tasks, including creating project reports, updating websites, and managing customer databases. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent verbal and written English skills, along with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. This role is critical for maintaining effective communication and engagement with customers and stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage project reports for print and mail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Update and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current and engaging.
  • Design and coordinate the production of full-color newsletters, including copywriting, photo selection, design, and print coordination.
  • Manage customer database exports and contact management, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Implement and manage customer survey systems, conducting follow-up calls to gather feedback.
  • Utilize email marketing platforms for campaign management and analytics.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.


Requirements Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using WordPress for website management.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor.
  • Strong content writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and concise copy.
  • Competency in design software, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
Additional Job Details:
Set-up and Location: WFH / Onsite (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, Cebu)
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AWST) | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Manila Time
Employment Type: Full-time
