Food Technologist / Food Safety & Quality Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all food products produced meet company quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Conduct routine inspection in the kitchen/commissary to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
  • Monitor food preparation processes to ensure standard recipes and portioning are followed.
  • Perform product quality checks, including taste testing, texture evaluation, and shelf-life monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality reports, production checks, and compliance audits.
  • Assist in developing and improving recipes, production methods, and food preparation procedures.
  • Train kitchen and production staff on food safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality of raw materials and ingredients.
  • Implement corrective actions when quality issues arise and ensure follow-through to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and company regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Biology, or any related course.
  • (With or without experience) Training will be provided.
  • Knowledge in food safety standards is an advantage but not required.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and can work independently or with a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
