Deduction Analyst

WE'RE HIRING: Deduction Analyst

Work Setup: Remote

Schedule: Night Shift (10 PM – 7 AM Philippine Time)

Employment Type: Full-Time

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Investigate, validate, and resolve customer deductions (pricing, shortages/damages, returns, allowances, promotions, compliance/chargebacks).

• Review supporting documentation (POs, PODs/BOLs, invoices, contracts, TPM deals, retailer portal data).

• Accurately code reasons, decide disposition (valid/invalid/partial), and process accordingly.

• Prepare dispute packages with documentation and submit through retailer portals (e.g., Walmart, Target, Kroger, Amazon/Vendor Central).

• Track, escalate, and follow through on recovery of invalid claims; negotiate when needed.

• Match deductions with trade events and collaborate with Sales/TPM for corrections.

• Communicate with Sales and customers to resolve promotional discrepancies.

• Maintain proper documentation in Doc-Link and update AFS system.

• Send weekly deduction reports to Sales Managers.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years experience as Deduction Analyst

• With experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Receivable (AP) and Revenue Recognition

• With experience chargebacks and disputes

• Experience in using ERP, NetSuite is preferred but not required
